Meet Delinda Harper

Delinda Harper, a Realtor® and Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Realty, provides guidance and support to clients looking to buy or sell real estate in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Delinda started her real estate career in 2011 by working for a national real estate coach. She passionately loved it from day 1! With her corporate management background, marketing experience, and strong desire to connect with and help people, real estate was a natural fit for her. As a patient and empathetic professional, she enjoys working with all types of clients but has found the 55+ community a joy to serve. From her experience, these moves tend to be the most emotional ones for her clients-selling a home where children were raised; selling the home you've lived in for decades; helping aging parents sell their last home to move in with family/assisted living; or handling an estate sale-these sales are challenging. She feels strongly that these particular clients need a Realtor® with experience, patience, sensitivity, and expertise to guide them through these soul-stirring moves.

As a self-proclaimed life-long learner, she strives to provide expert guidance to her clients. To achieve this goal, she obtained her Pennsylvania Broker's license-committing to providing expert-level service, investing in additional education, improving her skills, increasing her experience, and passing additional state and national level exams. Investing in her career to be an expert for her clients is important to her, which is why she maintains the following designations: Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), GREEN Realtor® (GRN), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), At Home with Diversity (AHWD), and Real Estate Specialist-Divorce (RES-D).

She has also been an AWARD-WINNING Realtor® throughout her real estate career, starting with the National Bronze award in her first year as a full-time Realtor® with Keller Williams and continuing thereafter with the National Sterling Award at Coldwell Banker Realty, reaching the National Diamond award in 2019, all of which speaks to her commitment to the clients she serves.

As a lifelong Central Pennsylvania resident, she knows the area very well and loves everything about living, working, and playing here. As an outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys experiencing the changing seasons while hiking on local trails and kayaking in the various waterways.

When not focused on her full-time career as a real estate professional or exploring the outdoors around Harrisburg, PA, Delinda will likely be reading or spending time with family and friends.
